The AI Writer turns a topic into a complete, structured article – matched to your Business Profile, the topic’s own settings, and whichever AI provider you’ve connected.
Generating an article
- Open a topic from your Content Library or Content Pipeline.
- Optionally add Instructions for this specific generation – a short note the AI follows just this once, without changing any saved setting.
- Click Generate article now (or Regenerate full article if it’s already been generated once).
What happens during generation
Every draft goes through a self-critique and revision pass, then an internal quality-control review, before the word count is enforced to land inside your configured range – all before you ever see it. This is the same pipeline whether you’re using OpenRouter, OpenAI, or, with SynaPost Pro, any of the other connected providers.
What shapes the result
- Your Business Profile – voice, tone, audience, language.
- The topic’s own Content Type and Style.
- Your chosen AI provider – every provider runs through the same pipeline, so quality comes down to which model you pick, not which features you get.
- Deep Research, if enabled for articles – grounds the piece in live search results instead of training data alone.
- Custom Prompts, if you’ve set a standing instruction for articles.
Internal linking
SynaPost automatically links new content to relevant existing posts using real, published URLs – see Automatic Internal Linking Explained. It never invents a link that doesn’t exist.
After it’s generated
