- Added server-side whitelist validation for Topic status/priority/difficulty/content type/content style, switched Business Profile’s Website and Button Link fields to WordPress’s URL sanitizer, validated a topic’s rescheduled date server-side, added a file-size cap to CSV/XLSX topic import, and capped the daily article-generation limit.
Fixed
- Plugin deactivation/deletion could leave the daily generation cron running.
- Readme Stable tag was out of sync with the plugin version.

Aug 16, 2026Hardened the Lite/Pro boundary: several Pro features had their implementation fully separated into the Pro plugin.
- Real AI Thumbnails, Content Gap Suggestions, Finer Automation Control, the SEO enforced-minimum retry loop, Deep Research, Custom Prompts, and Content Refresh moved fully into SynaPost Pro – Lite now contains only genuinely free functionality.
- Security: sanitized an import filename before use, escaped two outputs that were previously unescaped, converted an admin-menu stylesheet to use WordPress’s standard enqueue APIs instead of a raw inline tag.
- Added an External Services section to the readme, documenting SynaPost’s use of the OpenAI and Telegram APIs.

Aug 10, 2026- Added a “Table of Contents” toggle under Settings → Content Quality, on by default – turn it off if you don’t want the automatic Table of Contents added to longer articles.

Aug 5, 2026- Generated articles now aim their SEO focus keyword at the SEO title, meta description, URL slug, and at least one subheading, targeting a healthy ~1% keyword density instead of leaving it to chance.
- A Table of Contents is now automatically added to longer articles (3+ sections), with working jump-links to each section.
- The internal SEO score now checks internal links, structure, readability, and a featured image, a much fuller picture than the old keyword-presence-only version.
