The Strategy Planner turns your Business Profile into a real content plan – topic clusters, keywords, and a publishing timeline, generated in one pass instead of brainstormed one topic at a time.
Generating a plan
- Go to SynaPost → Strategy Planner.
- Choose a Plan Length – a 7-day plan, a 30-day plan, a 90-day plan, or a full annual strategy.
- Set your Publishing Cadence – a number of articles per week, or per day for a high-volume schedule (pairs well with multiple generation times per day).
- Click Generate Strategy Plan.
What you get
- 3-6 topic clusters or content pillars aligned to your goals, drawn from your site’s existing categories.
- A full list of topics, each with a keyword, priority, difficulty, and target audience already filled in.
- Publish dates spaced across your chosen window.
Target keywords
Before you generate, you can enter Target Keywords – one per line, or separated by commas. Each keyword you enter is guaranteed its own topic in the plan, so you don’t have to hope the planner picks the phrases you care about. Up to 20 keywords fit in one plan.
Finding more topics beyond your own plan

Keeping topics current
If Deep Research is enabled for topics, strategy generation is informed by live search results instead of the AI’s training data alone – useful if your industry moves quickly.
