If you manage content for more than one business or client, Business Profiles lets you keep each one completely separate – its own voice, industry, and audience – inside a single SynaPost install.
How profiles are used
The Strategy Planner, AI Writer, and every other module pick whichever profile a topic is assigned to, so switching between clients is as simple as choosing a different profile on that topic – no separate installs, no switching sites.
Adding a profile
Give the new profile a name (for example, “Acme Dental – new client”) and you’ll land straight in the full Business Setup form to fill in the rest: industry, tone, audience, and everything else that shapes how content gets written for it.
Managing your profiles
- Make Default – sets which profile is used when a topic doesn’t specify one.
- Edit – opens the same Business Setup form you used when creating it.
- Delete – removes a profile. Topics already assigned to it keep the reference, but it won’t appear as a choice for new topics.
