Google Gemini is available on a SynaPost Pro plan. Connect it the same way as every other provider in SynaPost: paste a key, test it, save.
1. Get an API key
Create an API key for Gemini at Google AI Studio using your Google account.
2. Connect it in SynaPost
- Go to Settings → AI & Images and click Configure on the Google Gemini card.
- Paste your key and click Test Connection. SynaPost verifies the key works before saving it.
- Save. Tick Make this my default provider if you want Gemini to write your content.
Billing
SynaPost never meters or marks up usage. Google bills Gemini usage directly, at your own account’s rates and under Google’s current free-tier terms, separate from your SynaPost subscription.
Switching later
You can change the model ID or switch to a different provider at any time by reconfiguring. Nothing about your topics, drafts, or history depends on which provider generated them. See Choosing an AI Provider for what’s available on each plan.
