By downloading, installing, or using the SynaPost WordPress plugin (“SynaPost”, “the Plugin”) or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use SynaPost or this site.
2. Description of Service
SynaPost is a WordPress plugin that helps you plan, create, optimize, approve, and publish content from inside your WordPress dashboard. SynaPost Free is licensed under the GPLv2 (or later) and distributed via WordPress.org. SynaPost Pro is a separately licensed add-on that unlocks additional features for a paid subscription.
3. Your Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress installation, your SynaPost Pro license key, and any third-party API keys (such as an OpenAI API key) you configure within the Plugin. You are responsible for all content generated, published, or distributed through your use of SynaPost.
4. Third-Party Services
SynaPost can connect to third-party services you choose to configure, including OpenAI (for AI-generated content and images) and Telegram (for approval notifications). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SynaPost does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, availability, or behavior of third-party services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SynaPost to generate or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the terms of service of any third-party provider you connect (including OpenAI and Telegram).
6. Intellectual Property
SynaPost Free’s source code is GPL-licensed; you are free to use, modify, and redistribute it under the terms of the GPLv2 (or later). SynaPost Pro’s license key and any proprietary Pro-only code are licensed, not sold, to you for use on the number of sites your plan permits. Content generated using SynaPost belongs to you.
7. Payment, Billing and Subscriptions
SynaPost Pro plans (Personal, Pro, Agency) are billed in advance on the interval you select at checkout. Prices are as shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
SynaPost is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose – you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UfirstDEV Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SynaPost or this website.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SynaPost or this site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
