Not every draft is perfect on the first try – SynaPost gives you a few ways to fix a generated article without starting over.
Regenerating the whole article
Open the topic and click Regenerate full article (or Generate article now if it hasn’t been generated yet). Before you do, you can add optional Instructions – a short note like “make it more beginner-friendly” or “add a section comparing options” that guides this specific generation without changing your saved settings. If you’ve set a standing Custom Prompt for articles, that still applies underneath – Instructions add to it for this one attempt, they don’t replace it.
Regenerating just one part
A full rewrite isn’t always necessary. If only the headline is weak or the conclusion needs work, use the component buttons instead: Headline, Introduction, Conclusion, CTA, or Meta (SEO). Each regenerates just that piece, respecting the same instructions field above it.
Editing manually
Once an article has been generated, click Edit post manually to open it in the normal WordPress editor – the draft is a real WordPress post, so you can make any manual change you’d make to any other post.
Regenerating the thumbnail
Use the Regenerate Thumbnail button next to the featured image if you want a new one without touching the article text.
