Your Business Profile is what every module – Strategy Planner, AI Writer, SEO Assistant, Content Snippets, Repurposer, everything – reads before generating anything. The more specific you are here, the more on-brand and specific the output will be everywhere else.
Where to find it
Go to SynaPost → Business Setup. If this is your first time, the guided onboarding wizard walks you through it.
Business Identity
- Business Name – required.
- Industry – a short phrase like “B2B SaaS,” “Dental Clinic,” or “Life Coaching.”
- Website.
- Target Countries / Markets – e.g. “United States, Canada.”
Offer: Products and Services
Add as many products and services as apply, each with a name, an optional link, and a description – be specific about what it is, who it’s for, and what makes it different, since that’s exactly what SynaPost draws on when it naturally references your offer inside generated articles. A Feature These In Content toggle controls whether they get mentioned at all – when on, they’re worked in naturally where a topic genuinely calls for it, never forced into every piece and never turned into a sales pitch.
Target Audience and Competitors
Describe who you’re writing for in your own words, and list any competitors you want SynaPost to be aware of when planning strategy or writing comparison content.
Voice & Goals
- Brand Voice Guidelines – free text, e.g. “Friendly but expert. Short sentences. No jargon.”
- Preferred Tone – Professional, Friendly, Authoritative, Casual, Playful, Empathetic, or Technical.
- Preferred Output Language – every article, snippet, and repurposed post generated for this profile is written in this language.
- Content Goals – e.g. “organic traffic, lead generation, authority, course sales.”
- Publishing Frequency – Daily, 2-3x/week, Weekly, or a few times a month.
- Call To Action Text – your default CTA, used unless a CTA Preset overrides it.
Running more than one business
By default there’s a single profile. If you manage content for more than one business or client, see Managing Multiple Business Profiles – every module above picks whichever profile a given topic is assigned to.
