When you’re managing a large topic library, handling one topic at a time doesn’t scale. Bulk actions let you select multiple topics in the Content Library or Content Pipeline and remove them all at once.
How it works
Select the topics you want to act on using the checkboxes in the list, then choose the action you want to apply to the whole selection. It’s the same pattern WordPress itself uses for bulk-editing posts, so it should feel familiar right away.
Where it helps most
- Clearing out a batch of topics you’ve decided not to pursue.
- Removing old or failed topics together after a large import or a plan you decided not to follow.
