The Content Library holds every topic that’s still an idea – not yet queued for generation. Think of it as your backlog.
Adding a topic manually
Click Add Topic and fill in what you know. Only Title is required, but the more you fill in, the better the generated article will match your intent:
- Category – pulled from your site’s existing categories only, so generated posts always land somewhere real.
- Pillar – a broader content cluster this topic belongs to, used to organize your library.
- Primary Keyword – the phrase you want this article to rank for.
- Priority and Difficulty – help you sort and plan your workload.
- Goal and Target Audience – short notes that guide the AI’s tone and angle.
- Publish Date – pair this with a Queued status to have daily automation pick it up automatically.
If you manage more than one Business Profile, a Business Profile field also appears so you can assign this topic to the right one.
Importing topics in bulk
If you already have a list of topics, import them as CSV, TXT, or XLSX instead of adding them one by one. Map your columns to the same fields described above.
Moving a topic forward
A topic stays in the Library while its status is Idea / not scheduled. Change its status to Queued (or generate it directly) to move it into the Content Pipeline. Working with a large library? See Bulk Actions in the Pipeline to act on many topics at once instead of one at a time.
