The Editorial Calendar gives you a visual view of everything queued, generating, awaiting approval, or already published.
Month and week views
Switch between a full month grid and a single-week view depending on how far ahead you want to look. Use Prev, Next, and Today to move around.
Reading the colors
Each card is color-coded by status – queued, pending approval, approved, published, or failed – so you can spot problems (like a cluster of failed generations) at a glance, without opening each topic individually.
Rescheduling
Drag any card to a different day to change its publish date. There’s nothing else to click – the reschedule saves as soon as you drop it.
Note: an already-published post can’t be dragged to a new date, since its date reflects when it actually went live, not when it was planned to.
