Under Settings → Publishing, you control what happens between a draft being generated and it going live.
Before Publishing
Choose one of two modes:
- Require approval – every generated article is sent to Telegram or the in-dashboard Approval Center first. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Auto-publish – articles go live automatically, with no review step. SynaPost will show a warning banner here as a reminder to double-check your provider, prompts, and Business Profile are dialed in first, since mistakes publish immediately.
Publish Status
This applies whether an article was just approved or auto-published outright:
- Publish immediately – goes live right away.
- Schedule for the topic’s publish date – goes live on the date set on the topic.
- Mark pending review (manual publish) – saved as pending, published only when you do it manually.
Default Author
Set a default author so automated, unattended runs (which have no logged-in user) still credit posts to someone, rather than leaving them without a visible byline. A topic’s own author setting, if it has one, always takes priority over this default.
