By default, generated content waits for a real review before it publishes – reviewed by you, or anyone you’ve given access to the channels below.
What a pending approval looks like
Each article awaiting review shows its title, its SEO score out of 100, an estimated read time, its scheduled publish date, and a Preview link to see the actual draft before deciding. If it fell below your minimum SEO score after retries, it’s flagged Below SEO threshold; if the internal quality check found something worth a second look, it’s flagged for review too – both flags explain exactly what triggered them.
The real actions available
- Publish – approve it and send it live.
- Regenerate – discard this draft and generate a new one.
- New Thumbnail – keep the article, generate a different featured image.
- Cancel – stop this topic from publishing at all.
Where you can approve from
- In-dashboard Approval Center – go to SynaPost → Approval Center to see everything pending review at once.
- Telegram – approve from your phone with the same buttons.
- Slack and Email – approve from wherever your team already works.
Every channel you’ve enabled gets the same request at once, and acting in any one of them resolves it everywhere else automatically.
Switching the offer at approval time
If you use CTA Presets, whoever approves the article can pick a different preset right from Telegram, Slack, email, or the Approval Center – no need to open the article just to change its offer.
Auto-publish
If you’d rather skip manual review entirely, switch to auto-publish under Settings → Publishing. Even with auto-publish on, an article that falls below your minimum SEO score is still sent for approval instead of going live unreviewed.
