Creating and Using CTA Presets

Save named calls to action and switch offers right at approval time.

Every generated article ends with a call to action. CTA Presets let you define more than one – each a named, reusable offer – instead of writing the same one-size-fits-all CTA on everything you publish.

Creating a preset

Open CTA Presets and add one with:

  • A name, so you can tell presets apart at a glance.
  • Intro text and button text for a simple styled box, or
  • A shortcode instead, which renders a real lead-capture form in place of the box entirely.

Mark one preset as Default – it’s what every article uses unless something more specific overrides it.

Choosing a preset per article

You can assign a specific preset to a topic directly in Topic Edit, or leave it to whoever approves the article – the preset can be switched right from Telegram, Slack, email, or the in-dashboard Approval Center, with no need to open Topic Edit just to swap an offer.

Matching offers to content

Because presets are named and reusable, it’s easy to keep a “Free Trial” preset for top-of-funnel articles and a “Book a Demo” preset for bottom-of-funnel ones, switching between them as easily as picking from a list.
