Custom Prompts let you shape the AI’s writing voice beyond what Business Setup alone can capture – specific instructions that apply every time, without retyping them on every single topic.
Where to set them
Under Settings → Content & SEO, Custom Prompts lets you add a standing instruction per purpose:
- Articles – applies to every generated article.
- Thumbnails – applies to every generated image.
- Strategy – applies whenever a content plan is generated.
How this differs from per-topic Instructions
The Instructions field you see when generating or regenerating a single article is a one-off note for that specific generation. A Custom Prompt is a standing rule applied to everything of that type, every time – the right place for things like “never use exclamation points” or “always write in second person,” rather than repeating the same note on every topic.
